Meet the attitudes behind The Best Damn Granola Co.

AboutUs/Cyndi.jpg

Hi! My name is Cyndi Jacobs and I am the CAO (Chief Attitude Officer) of The Best Damn Granola Co. I'm the same as a CEO only I have an attitude that helps me to develop these great granolas. I worked for many years for an international charity, which was both exhilarating and depressing all in the same 5 minutes. At the beginning of 2008 I decided it was time for a change, but I knew in my heart of hearts that I still wanted to do something to which, at the end of the day, a price tag could not be attached. While I can't feed all the hungry people, rescue every animal in a shelter, or stop global warming, as the company continues to grow we will incorporate some of our attitudes into our mission to help these causes and others. What are you going to do?

AboutUs/Mike.jpg
Michael is in his senior year of college majoring in business operations management. His education thus far has been instrumental in the start-up of the company.

AboutUs/Holly.jpg
Holly, a recent college graduate, spends her days contemplating granola recipes and the creative aspects of the company. If she seems a little spacey to you, don't worry, we think so too.

AboutUs/Eddie.jpg

Eddie is fortunate enough to be married to the Chief Attitude Officer. He is a Registered Professional Land Surveyor by day but when he is not outside or drafting plans he is working hard in the kitchen. Cyndi just won't let him take a break!

AboutUs/Susie.jpg

Susie is a long time family friend without whom we could not make The Best Damn Granola! She dedicates her Sundays to help us cook and because she used to work for the prison system she really knows how to crack that whip in the kitchen!

Friday and Shire
Our two Australian Shepherds, Friday and Shire, are our unofficial taste testers; they just love our granola! Unfortunately for them we no longer make our granola at home, but they were always begging for more!

Our Attitude to You

We use organic, fair trade, and local ingredients whenever possible in our granolas. Giving back to the community and Mother Earth, both locally and abroad, is very important to us, and we hope it is to you as well.

Our granola is made in small batches. We hand weigh and pack each bag ourselves so that you can be assured you are getting the perfect bag every time.
